Children have a natural curiosity of the world in which they live and the Nursery provides every opportunity to extend this learning with visits to local farms and parks. This also helps to enrich the curriculum with first hand experience.

The children are also encouraged to develop an understanding of other cultures and countries by celebrating festivals such as Diwali and the Chinese New Year. They are also given the opportunity to learn French.

Every child in the Nursery has the opportunity to participate in the “London College of Music” examinations and all of the 3 to 4 Year Old Children perform in the summer and winter concerts.

There are workshops for the parents/carers of the younger children. Here they can enjoy with their child first hand experiences of music, dancing and French.

For children who have left to move onto school but who wish to continue with their French and/or music and drama the Nursery School offers after school French classes and Music and Drama classes.
